Welcome to our site. MissionStatements.com maintains this website as a service to our customers. By accessing and using our site, you agree to be bound by and comply with the following terms of use. This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire agreement between MissionStatements.com and you, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement, as well as warranties, representations, and understandings with respect to this site; the content, products or services provided by or through the Site; and the subject matter of this Agreement. MissionStatements.com reserves the right to amend this Agreement from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

2. Copyright. All of the mission statements and quotations posted on this website are the creations and works of their respective owners. Some quotations may be considered as public domain, while some are copyrighted and posted here under the US Copyright Fair Use guidelines. MissionStatements.com's services are limited only to the design and manufacture of lettering. The user/customer assumes the responsibility of obtaining permission, if so required, to use text added to a MissionStatements.com-manufactured lettering.

Copyrights and Copyright Agents. MissionStatements.com respects international copyright and intellectual property laws, and we ask that you do the same. If you have reason to believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and breaches copyright and intellectual property laws, we ask you to please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person who is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed

3. Refund Policy. If the product you purchased proves to be defective or does not not fulfill your reasonable satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. MissionStatements.com will either provide you a full refund, or give you credit for other purchases on the Site (including shipping and handling charges incurred), whichever you prefer. The merchandise must be returned to: 11903 Yates Ford Rd, Suite 306 Fairfax Station, VA 22039. This section sets forth your sole and exclusive right to refund and return.

4. Trademarks. The trademarks, logos, and graphics are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Quotescape, Inc. These include MissionStatements.com. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Editing, Deleting, and Modification. MissionStatements.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit or delete any documents, information, or other content appearing on the Site.

6. Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall be treated as though it were performed and executed in Fairfax County, Virginia, and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or otherwise be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in Section 8 and Section 10. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought solely in Fairfax Station, Virginia. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the said courts and consent to extra-territorial service of process. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.

7. Nontransferable Right. MissionStatements.com grants you a non-transferable right to use this Site. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable.

8. Disclaimer and Limits. THE INFORMATION FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS," and "AS AVAILABLE." We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

12. Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement. MissionStatements.com will only collect, store and use your personal information for service related purposes. Our company does not reproduce, sell, or share your personal information.

13. Payments. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

14. Securities Laws. This Site may include statements concerning our operations, strategies, financial condition, prospects, future economic performance and demand for our products or services, as well as our objectives, plans, and intentions that are forward-looking statements.
